Cant use monitor feature at the same time as record feature. Seems like yiu have to pick one. i emailed support and never heard back. Also, the monitoring feature works if you yell directly at the phone but I dont trust it...had it set to low sensitivity with no delay and it still wasnt enough to trigger a call when baby actually cried.

It worked two times and then completely stopped picking up any sound. I tried everything to get it working again. Im not technically challenged either..
